Order Delivery:

We use our reasonable efforts to ship your Order according to the estimated shipping time provided, however, the estimated shipping times may change for reasons including those which are beyond our control. We do not guarantee shipping times and we will not be held accountable for late shipping or for loss, or damage relating to late shipping. If your Order has not arrived before the estimated shipping time, please contact us. Title and risk of loss to all orders will pass to you on shipping. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Order to the shipping address indicated on your Order Confirmation. The purchase of goods is subject to availability. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available, or stock is on back-order. If stock is on back-order you will be notified of this at the time you add the product to your shopping bag. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

 

Returns of Products:

We offer returns for products that are of an incorrect size, color, or other fault, as long as the return is received by us within 30 days of the date of purchase, proof of purchase is available, the returned products are in original condition and not worn or used. Returned items must include all packaging, with tags still attached. When returning an item your refund will be processed via the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. Refunds for ‘change of mind’ purchases will require the customer to pay for return postage. This will be deducted from the refund amount if required. Also, for product exchanges, a replacement for the product that you ordered will be sent to you, at your expense, after we have received your returned product.

Address Changing:

We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your Order. Address Confirmation is shown on the checkout page and in the Order Confirmation email. If this is not noticed until after your Order is finalized, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted.
